Where We Deliver
Posie Cards & Gifts currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Processing & Dispatch
All Posie products are handmade and carefully prepared to order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available delivery information by email.
Delivery
Orders are sent using Royal Mail.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service and circumstances outside of Posie’s control.
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is their responsibility. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will advise you on the next steps.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.
Posie cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
Our dried-flower products are delicate and a small amount of flower shedding or movement during postage is normal.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include clear photographs of the damage.
For items valued at under £25, photographs will normally be sufficient and you will not be required to return the item.
For items valued at £25 or more, we may ask you to return the item before a replacement is provided. We will give you instructions if a return is required.
Where an item is confirmed to have been damaged in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement where possible.
Natural Variations
Dried flowers are natural products, meaning that every piece may have slight variations in colour, shape, size and texture.
These variations are not considered damage and are part of the natural character of our products.

For our Dried Flower Keepsake Cards, we offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail 2 day+ delivery - Free
Free delivery is available on Dried Flower Keepsake Cards.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail delivery then takes approximately 3–5 working days.
Royal Mail Next Day+ Delivery - £1.65
For customers who need their order sooner, Royal Mail Next Day+ is available for an additional £1.65.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days, after which Royal Mail’s Next Day service aims to deliver within 1 working day.
Please note that choosing Next Day delivery does not mean your order will arrive the day after you place it, as we require 1–2 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.
Why is Next Day delivery an additional £1.65?
The additional charge reflects the difference in our postage costs.
